This study examined the influence of transformational leadership and school culture on the organizational commitment of senior high school teachers in Region XI using an explanatory sequential mixed methods design. Quantitative data were collected from randomly chosen respondents in public and private senior high schools in the Davao region, while qualitative data were gathered through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with participants from the quantitative phase. Validated and reliability-tested adapted questionnaires, along with interview guide questions based on quantitative results, were used. Statistical analyses included mean, standard deviation, Pearson r, and multiple linear regression, while thematic analysis was used for qualitative data. Findings showed very high levels of transformational leadership, school culture, and organizational commitment. Both transformational leadership and school culture were significantly related to organizational commitment, but only school culture had an independent significant impact. Qualitative results confirmed the quantitative findings, with data integration showing connecting-confirmation and connecting-expansion between phases.
